01 - Wash and prepare all fruit. Hull and finely chop strawberries. If using coconut meat, dice into small pieces.
02 - Fill one-third of each compartment in the ice cube tray with blueberries. Pour in enough blueberry juice to cover the fruit. Place ice cube tray in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 1 hour.
03 - Once blue layer is frozen, distribute coconut meat or sprinkle shredded coconut atop blueberry layer. Pour coconut water to fill the next third of each compartment. Return tray to freezer and freeze until firm, approximately 1 hour.
04 - Top each compartment with chopped strawberries. Fill the remainder of each section with strawberry or cranberry juice. Freeze until completely set, about 2 additional hours.
05 - Once fully frozen, remove the colorful ice cubes and add to lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails to enhance presentation and flavor.
